I had a delightful stay at Drury Inn & Suites in Springfield. The staff greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. Every single one of them seemed genuinely eager to help. The room was well-maintained and quite comfortable, perfect for a business trip. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with an array of tasty options. I loved the freshly made pastries! The complimentary evening meals were a major bonus. I enjoyed relaxing a bit after work with good food and drinks. The only downside was the renovation noise that occasionally disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. The entrance was a bit slippery due to the ongoing work, which made me a bit cautious. Still, the positives far outweighed any negatives, and I truly appreciated the excellent service throughout my stay.

The pool and hot tub were clean, providing a great spot to relax, especially since we had them mostly to ourselves. The layout of the Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds kept things open and spacious. The convenience of nearby dining options made mealtime easy and enjoyable.
The elevator was out of order during our stay, which meant climbing stairs frequently—it's a workout, but maybe not what we signed up for. Checking in after 10 PM turned into a hassle. we ended up waiting outside for over five minutes because the front desk wasn't responding. Additionally, the front entrance was dangerously slippery when it rained, which posed a risk to all guests. Overall, while the stay had its perks, a few adjustments would make it much better.

I had a wonderful experience staying here with its friendly, professional staff and my clean, newly remodeled room but the check-in process could use improvement since I faced delays when I arrived late at night.

We enjoyed the great free breakfast and dinner every day. The pool and hot tub looked inviting, but we didn't get a chance to use them. We also visited the amusement park and the local zoo, making our trip even more fun. Will definitely be back next time we're in the area!
While the room was clean, the layout felt awkward. I wasn't completely comfortable because the room service was inconsistent, and I had to go to the front desk to get coffee as housekeeping didn’t leave any.

Great food and comfy rooms!
We had an awesome time! Breakfast was a hit with the kids, especially the waffles and sausage. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Just had a hiccup with room service on coffee. Other than that, the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

The kickback program offered a generous dinner spread with options like salad and chicken strips, accompanied by three complimentary drinks, setting a great tone for the stay. The staff impressed with their friendliness, especially during the hectic evening when they managed to keep everything running smoothly despite high occupancy. However, while the renovations didn’t disturb us, the elevator being out was a minor inconvenience when hauling luggage. The breakfast was good, though not as varied as expected, missing out on notable items like smoked salmon bagels.

The Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offered a generous amount of space for family gatherings, with a solid layout that made it easy to navigate. The evening social with complimentary food and drinks, including chicken tacos, was an unexpected plus for unwinding after a long day.
The front entrance became quite slippery during rain, resulting in my grandson taking a tumble, which could pose a safety hazard. Also, I wish the location had more options to the south and east, as I'm a fan of sticking with familiar hotel chains.
